Thanks to you, through your voting, your enthusiasm, and your support, the Makey Makey (www.makeymakey.com) is funded! We will be using the kits later on this year. In the meantime, stay tuned for occasional experiments using Makey Makey to determine the best way to incorporate them into our class. This is exciting!
Announcements for the week:
Our midpoint test will be given Wednesday. Tuesday's class will be devoted to review, using stations.
I bought a carpet. It is in the room. It is cool. Sit on it sometime.
Vocabulary- done during warmup time. Remember, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING YOUR DEFINITIONS DONE AND COMMITTED TO MEMORY! Next Vocab Quiz- Wednesday, Oct. 9th.
Binder Check- Tuesday! I will use the rubric distributed last week to grade your binder/notebook.
After you take the test on Wednesday, you will receive a test review guide that will help you understand what you understand and what might need additional review. This would be good to bring with you to a remediation session, if needed (Oct 10...first session....after school).
