Welcome to the 4th 9 weeks! This term will find us doing a little learning, a lot of review, some BIG project-based learning opportunities, and, oh yeah...the SOL test!
We're currently digging deeper into SOL 6.14, which focuses on circle graphs. Building them, reading them, predicting/concluding based on graphs...we'll use what was learned in 4th/5th grade to bolster understanding of how they're made and how they're read. we'll continue this study until after spring break, with a projected quiz date of Wednesday, April 23rd.
Announcements:
Binder Cleanup- recycle all old homework/classwork sheets that you do not want to keep as review. All old quizzes/tests can be kept at home, as well as old Blue Books. If needed in class, an announcement will be made in class.
Next Quiz- April 23 (Wed, SOL 6.14)
Homework:
Monday- PG 279 #2-7, not 4
Tuesday- Graph Survey Data (conclude activity begun in class)
Wednesday- Pg 279-280, #12-17
